During a live durability demo of the T-10 tablet computer at the EMS/Law Enforcement/Firehouse Central Expo in Dallas, not only was the computer drowned, but it was doused with blood, sterilized with alcohol, then powered up to prove it still works.The 10.4-inch XGA anti-glare LCD with touchscreen automatically rotates based on orientation and adjusts brightness based on ambient illumination. Intel Core 2 Solo ULV 1.06GHz CPU provides processing power to handle the numerous integrated i/o devices, including RFID reader and barcode scanner. Mobile users will appreciate integrated 802.ll lbgn wireless and optional 3G wireless technologies. Also available are the data protection and recovery features of BIOS-enable Computrace offering loss/theft recovery and asset tracking capabilities.
